Refunds

If you receive any products that are damaged, you may request a full refund for that defective product.    You will be required to provide evidence of the damaged products and the damaged packaging by photograph.  Please send your claim to sales@tipples2you.co.uk

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for wrongly ordered items or you change your mind after delivery.   If you order something by mistake will endeavour to change your order prior to shipping.  Once shipped we cannot change orders.
